All our employees are paid hourly and are not independent contractors like some companies use which may charge you less for the work they do, but that could open you up to a lawsuit if the laborer gets hurt on your property as they will have no recourse but to sue you for their medical bills. Always ask for proof of “employee” insurance.

Our prices are based on how many bird problems areas you have, the time to clean the nesting materials or pigeon poop and disinfect the roof areas that we are working on as well as the bird control products like bird spike or materials like bird screening that needs to be installed to prevent re-entry of the pest birds, so every home or structure is going to be different which is why we need to inspect the problem areas of your home or structure before we can submit a price.

We do have a minimum change which is $ 200.00 but over the years we find that the range is usually between $ 250.00 - $850.00 but there are some residential services have cost $ 2,500.00 or more for very severely infested homes where it takes a crew or 2 or 3 installers several days to complete the clean-up and pest bird exclusion work - so don't delay.

Just installed panels will be different than panels with lots of pigeons under them ....

Solar panels are quickly becoming a favorite nesting spot for pigeons and if not dealt with at the first sign of bird activity can get really full of pigeon nests, pigeon poop and debris which is difficult to get out from under the panels with only about 6 - 8” or so.

Depending on the amount of solar panels we are pigeon proofing solar panels with easy access all around that have recently been installed and have no activity usually can be pigeon proofed for $ 400.00 – 600.00 and solar panels that have lots of activity have been $ 700.00 - $ 1,200.00 depending on access, number of panels and layout of panels.

The above prices are just an example and depend on if the solar panels are owned or leased, have a frame or not, type of roof – flat tile or hump tile roof etc. Don’t put it off; the problems and pigeon population will only get worst.

After we do your bird control services and have excluded the birds from their nesting or roosting sites they sometimes will hang around for days or even a week or so until they realize that the old nesting areas are no longer home and then they usually move on to another nearby unprotected home or business that provides nesting sites.

Remember that birds are living creatures and may move to unprotected areas of your home or structure, if so, additional work may be advised or needed to keep the birds out of that new location.

We try to cover all possible areas on our inspection and estimate when we look at the structure but sometimes additional work or possibly live trapping is needed to remove that last stubborn bird or two.

Signs or Billboards offer some challenges, but most can be bird proofed ....

Most signs or large commercial signs can usually be bird proofed using bird spike or shock track systems depending on the design. Billboards on the other hand are some of the hardest structures to bird proof because of the open sides and top areas, then add people crawling around inside between the panels and the sheets wrapping around the sides and it is next to impossible which is why you see a lot of the billboards with plywood along the bottom to catch all the poop falling down. We have some luck pigeon proofing billboards but most of them we have had to walk way from.

Gas canopies take a lot of work, but netting done right can prevent pigeons for many years ....

Pigeon poop in the gutters or on a gas canopy will eat the bottom right out of them, if its really bad the canopy will fall over the the one in Yuma did some years ago (we looked at it a year before it fell, the pigeon poop was 2 - 3' high over the entire canopy, worst I ever saw) Gas station canopies can be pigeon proofed fairly easy using 2" or 1 1/8" netted over the top of the canopy. If the pigeon problems is real bad we many need to live trap the pigeons for a month or so to reduce the resident population or they will roost and sleep all over then net after its done. The problem most companies make is the support system the company installs does not hold up or the net tears because it was not installed properly and once the net starts to tear its trashed. It may look simple and easy installing a net over a gas canopy and it is if you know what your doing and have done as many as we have.
